At VINFELA, all products are custom-made on demand using Print-On-Demand (POD) technology. We partner with Qikink to print, pack, and ship your orders efficiently.

Processing includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Charges may vary based on the product and delivery location.

 

3. Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, pin code, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers can track their orders directly on our website VINFELA using their order ID.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

 

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct.

VINFELA is not responsible for delays or delivery failure caused by incorrect customer details.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur reshipping charges.

 

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, VINFELA is not liable for delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Courier strikes

Government restrictions

High-volume sale periods
